Shipping Policies & Procedures

MIMBY totes listed in the shop are made and ready to ship. Typically, a tote is packed and shipped within 24-36 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise indicated on the shop page. I’ll explain there if I’m out of town or otherwise unable to ship within that time frame.

LOCAL PICKUP shipping option is for people in the Ithaca and surrounding area. I will packaged your order and hold it until we are able to arrange a mutually beneficial time for pickup. Generally, I ask that you plan to pick up at my studio in my home just east of Ithaca. I won’t pepper you with emails, but I will send occasional reminders that your order is waiting for you. I LOVE meeting customers in person!

CUSTOM ORDERS for prints or providing fabric typically take two weeks from date of the order or me receiving your fabric. I’ll be in touch with you on details and keep you apprised of my progress.

RETURNS...I want you to be happy with your tote. Each one is handmade by me and I know that I am providing a quality product for a good price. If a rivet fails, I will send you a repair kit if you live far away (rivets are easy to set - you’ll be amazed!), or repair for you if you are in town. If you are otherwise unhappy with my product, please get in touch and I will work with you to make it right.
